Bills to be paid by the tenant(s):
90% of actual Gas/Electricity costs given that I will not be around most of the time. Over the last 12 months the average energy bill was £51pcm.
Water is a fixed rate @ £20pcm.
Council tax is £140 a month (which is 90% of the actual cost).
Wifi is £30pcm.
