The tenant will have sole occupancy of the apartment 99% of the time as I work and live away in London. I will only be at the property on very rare occasions at the weekend to visit family (probably only up to 3 times a year), I have only stayed 3 night in the last 12 months) so you will essentially have your own 1 bed apartment.

Recently refurbished throughout (with the exception of the bathroom). New kitchen and appliances, new carpets, freshly decorated and all new furniture (fully furnished).

Includes separate living room with space for dining, off road parking to the rear and a communal garden.

The room is fully furnished with white wooden furniture consisting of a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Rates:
Single occupancy - £750
Couples - £950

Bills to be paid by the tenant(s):
90% of actual Gas/Electricity costs given that I will not be around most of the time.
Water is a fixed rate @ £15pcm.
Council tax is £120 a month (which is 90% of the actual cost).
Wifi is £28.5pcm.
