Beautiful house in West Didsbury

Hello! Looking for one housemate to share a stunning house with me and one other in West Didsbury. The 3-bedroom house is really amazing! It has a large living room, separate dining room, kitchen, a basement for with lots of storage, and also has a lovely back garden. Upstairs there is a shared bathroom, with an additional wet room with shower and toilet in the basement. Lots of space and privacy for 3 people.

It will be the perfect place for someone mature, who appreciates a quiet place they can call home. Someone sociable and easy going, who occasionally likes to share the odd dinner or drink together at home, but respects privacy too, and clean and tidy - of course! It’s ideal for someone who wants to make their next place feel like a real home and make it their own.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 31 year old Marketing/PR consultant who is into cooking, indie films, art, gigs, yoga, writing and photography. I’m studying an MA part-time around work. You’ll also be sharing with Tess who is studying for physio therapy. We’re usually busy between work and other commitments, but it would be great to have housemates who can occasionally hang out together.

Burton Road Metrolink is only an 8 minute walk, where all the great restaurants and bars of West Didsbury are found too. There is parking on the street outside the house too.

The bedroom is a great size, with period fireplace features, stripped wood floors and are unfurnished but can look at furnishing bedrooms too, so whichever suits.

I’ve been vegan for 4 years, a veggie house would be great– but not essential.
