Single Room to Let, West Didsbury

The flat is very new with a big living room, a spacious bathroom and an open plan kitchen. It is within minutes to the Christie, Withington and Didsbury villages with excellent transport links being on Palatine road.

I am looking for a responsible female flatmate to rent the single or double room from now. The potential flatmate must be female, a responsible student or young professional.

All daily needs are available, including a washing machine and broadband. There is also a secured parking space available accessed with a key fob. I have been living here a year now so all amenities are available, just not shown in the photos as I have been away so don't have many photos at hand.

I am a PhD student at the University of Manchester and MCRC and work at the NHS. I like to keep clean and tidy. Outside work I like to dance, going to the gym, watching films and cooking. I am easy going and respectful of others.
