Room to rent in friendly houseshare in West Didsbury, just off Burton Road. The house is over 3 floors with two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The location is great and Burton Road tram stop is about a 3 minute walk from the house - so ideal for those commuting into Manchester.
The rent is £330 a month excluding bills, but bills come to around £70 a month. You’ll be living with Pete, Nathan, Chloe and Jess, the friendliest bunch of people I know.
The house socialises often, whether that is popping to The Met or chilling in the living room watching Bake Off or Grand Designs.
The room is really cosy, really warm and looks onto the garden. I’ll be posting more pictures soon!
I’ll be moving out early December and looking to have someone move in then as I’m relocating to London!
