Double room in adorable flat in West Didsbury. It's on the bottom floor of a semi-detached house just off Burton Road. A really nice, safe area and the flat is about a 3 minute walk from the Burton Road tram stop as well as all the bars and restaurants.

Available in February (exact date is negotiable) until the end of June. Rent is £350pcm and broadband, water, and council tax are paid monthly at about £90. No deposit required, but proof of identity necessary.

The flat itself is cosy, although the room is large and fully furnished. There is a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a shared living room. As well a small 'basement' for extra storage, an indoor bike storage spot, and a shared garden.

The flat will be shared with another girl aged 22 who is a dream to live with. She's very chilled out and it's a quiet house, but she's friendly and happy to help anyone new to Manchester.
