The bedroom isn't huge so if you're looking for room for a desk in the bedroom, probably won't be suitable though there is space elsehwere in the house to WFH.

Kitchen/dining room comes with all expected appliances including diswasher and washer dryer. Back door access to garden, patio and lockable bike storage.

Driveway and street parking available. Very close to Burton Road and surrounding shops, bars and restaurants. Within 0.5 mile of tram stop and all bus routes.

The rent INCLUDES council tax and 350 MB broadband (equiv.£55.98 pppm and £16.50 pppm). Otehr utilities are split equally between the tenants and, in winter, come to around £80pcm (less in summer) with a rough split of water (£15), electricity (£40) and gas (£35)
