Double room available to rent in 2 bed basement ap

Large double room available in a two bedroom apartment in West Didsbury. **Available from Late September**. It’s located two mins from the tram stop and 10 min walk from Burton road.
Unfortunately my old housemate has to move back to London for a job opportunity so I’m looking for someone to share the apartment with.
I’m a 29 year old professional from Ireland but have lived here for 6 years. I work 9-5 so I need someone that’s chilled and respectful of this. I’m into running so If you are that would be a bonus. I’m looking to share this lovely apartment with someone friendly, tidy and someone I can have a laugh with and chill in the evening after work. :) I will consider either females or males.
