Communal areas cleaned monthly by cleaner. Everything you require in the kitchen from pots, pans, cutlery right down to T towels and washing up liquid.

3 Bedroom house house set back from the road, offering large south facing re-furbished double room. High speed WiFi.

Garden to the rear which is lovely to sit out in the sun after a hard days work with a nice cold glass of wine or beer.

Car parking for two cars to the front of the property as well as parking on the road outside.

1.9 miles to Didsbury train station.
0.5 miles walk to Princess parkway bus routes/Withington Tram stop
0.6 minute walk Burton road tramstop

A bit about me - I’m a 31 year old pharmacist working at AstraZeneca. I've lived in the area for nearly a decade on an off and so can give you some tips about the local area. There are loads of bars and restaurants nearby that I can recommend. I often out of the house and so respectful of privacy.
Feel free to move things around in the room to suit your taste. I want you to feel like my home is your home! :)

As a live-in homeowner if you require anything, please just knock on and I can help. I’ve had lots of people stay with me I’ve over years! Someone has just moved out and so the room is available now. I’ll be doing viewings this week. I do have another housemate in the smaller room who is m-f. She’s lovely :)

Listing is full time for short term. Previous housemate was only down for a couple of months and ended up staying 6. If I works then I’ll usually say stay on.
