The flat is in a lovely converted Victorian building with friendly neighbours, off road private parking, access to the communal garden and a secure cellar for bike storage.

> 2 minute walk to the West Didsbury/Lapwing Lane Tram Stop & local shops
> 2 minute walk to the bus stops on Wilmslow Rd & Palatine Rd
> 5 minute walk into Didsbury Village if you go left and a 5 minute walk the centre of West Didsbury if you go right.
>20 minute walk to the nearest mainline train station.
>5 minute drive to the M60/M56
>15minute drive to Manchester airport.
Occupants:
1 human and 1 pampered pooch.
You would be living with me and my little rescue dog Jimmy (a Scottish Terrier who's a playful wee dude, though he thinks he's Godzilla!). So if you're not comfortable around dogs then this isn't the flat share for you, as this is very much Jimmy's home too.
There are only 6 flats in the whole building which is nice as you know your neighbours, and it's a good mix of professionals couples and singles.
About me:
The flat is mine but I've only been back in Manchester for a few years after living in Arabia for a decade. I'm a civil servant, my office is in the city but I'm a hybrid worker.
Though I am a sociable soul I don't want to be sharing with a party animal as I have an early start in the week.
Though there is a cleaner included in the rent, I am very clean & tidy. The flat really is a home and I want to share with someone who treats it as such.
It would be nice to live with someone who is sociable but also happy doing their own thing. Having similar interests would but nice too but this already feels like one of those hideous online dating sites, so I'm not going into all that!
