Double room in spacious flat in West Didsbury

My flatmate is moving out so a room will be available in our lovely flat in early December (exact date tbc)!

The flat is located at the end of Burton Rd and within a 5 minute walk of all the shops/pub/restaurants in West Didsbury. The tram stop is also 5 minutes away and it takes about 20mins to get into town (Deansgate).

There is one parking space with the flat but road parking on the street opposite for another car.

The rent is all done through an agent who charge £397.50 each (£795 for the whole flat). They provide maintenance as required and request references and a deposit.

Bills are approximately (between two):
- Council tax: ~£140-150 as variable each month
- WiFi: £23
- Gas & Electricity: £76
= £124pp
(Plus quarterly TV license which is approx £40)

I’m the current flatmate and I’m 28, I’m a speech therapist in the NHS so work in hospitals around south Manchester. I like keeping active, socialising and normally quite busy during the week! Looking for someone easy going, tidy, who enjoys a night out as much as a night in!
