Hello! I'm moving out of my house of 3 and a half years and looking for someone to take over my spot in late July/early Aug. I am unsure on a set date but this can be discussed
Rent is super cheap for the area at £350 per month for a large double room in a big house located just off Burton Road, West Didsbury.
House is actually 5 double rooms for 4 people (so a spare for friends visiting/laundry etc), 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room, cellar and front and back gardens.
Great location - 5 minutes walk to Burton road tram stop, close to bus links and M60 motorway. Close to all the bars and shops on Burton Road.
Bills are not included with rent. They are approx: £3 TV, £17 Water, £30 Council Tax, £40 Energy (currently, future: who knows), £11 WIFI. So all in rent and bills are approx £450pm.
Landlord/letting co are pretty decent as well. In the time I've been here we've had a couple new beds, dishwasher, oven, boiler etc
Currently 2 guys and 1 girl. No gender preference. Just looking for someone who is easy-going. Ish works in TV, Joe in Law and Charlotte in Video Editing
