The room is a spacious unfurnished double. House has on road parking, garden and a dishwasher. Its a 15 minute walk from the tram and a 5 minute walk from the bus stop.
The house is a 3 bed and the two of us living here are 24 years old, we are looking for someone who wants new friends as well as a place to live. We love hanging out in the living room together watching TV together and going on nights out drinking.
We are a very clean household and need someone who is happy sticking to a cleaning rota.
We are also very liberal people who will not accept any discriminatory views, only nice people who enjoy a laugh!
