2 month sublet April/May - June

There's a gap between me moving to Bristol and our friend moving in, so this is a short term let, maybe for someone finding their feet in the city and searching for more permanent home. Dates likely 4th May - 27th June but can be earlier if needed.

The house has 2 other gals and 1 guy you’re going to love them ⚡️💋✨ we’re in West Didsbury 2 mins walk from Burton Road - can get bus and tram from here to the centre.

The room gets sun all morning & will be gutted of all my belongings removed and all furniture left in. Rent is £580 plus bills which are around £130 each (which is a polite ~£710pcm for the lazy mathematicians).
