Furnished room available in a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in West Didsbury. Room includes double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and you would have your own bathroom and a secure parking space within the gated complex.

There is also a shared kitchen / living room area. Plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen and ample seating in the living room, which gets the sun in the afternoon.

Burton Road with all its bars, restaurants, independent shops (and the 111 bus!) is only a 5 minute walk away. Withington tram is less than 10 minutes walk away. Also close to Princess parkway if you need to get onto the M60 or M56.

I am the other tenant in the flat - a friendly cardiac physiologist who works at various hospitals around Manchester (no night shifts thankfully!). I take dance classes in my spare time and I'm learning a bit of Spanish & German. I enjoy walks, museums, galleries & great cups of tea. Sociable but also like my own space at times.

Looking for a professional that will be respectful, considerate and tidy in communal areas, who is looking for a cosy flat rather than a party house! Would prefer someone who doesn't have to work from home as bills are not included and these would be split between us. Approximately £200-£250 each, although hopefully less in the Summer months. Council Tax band D.

Available from around 13th July with some flexibility.
