Cosy flatshare on Burton Road

We have a furnished double bedroom to fill in this cosy Burton Road home! Ideally looking for someone for 5 months but can be flexible for the right person!
The flat is a 2 minute walk from Burton Road tram stop with a load of restaurants, coffee shops, art spaces and bars at our doorstep.

Looking for a female flatmate who is clean (& happy to get involved with a weekly cleaning rota), chill, sociable and who will want to keep the homely vibe of the place 🥰

Points of info:
- Room is available from end of Jan until end of June ideally (but can be flexible as mentioned)
- In-person viewings only so we can all get a feel for each other
- No assigned parking but there are plenty of side streets around the flat that we use without issue
- Bills + council tax are usually around ~£105 a month
- No garden but there’s some lovely parks very close by
- We live on top of a bar / cafe / restaurant so there is a bit of noise Friday & Saturday, but the room isn’t affected at all
- 1 shared bathroom, 1 shared kitchen
- Room to store a bike
- LGBT+ friendly
