Cosy flatshare on Burton Road

We have 2 furnished double bedrooms to fill in this cosy Burton Road home! The flat is a 2 minute walk from Burton Road tram stop with a load of restaurants, coffee shops, art spaces and bars at our doorstep.

Looking for female flatmates who are clean (v important!), chill, sociable and who will want to keep the homely vibe of the place 🥰
Ideally someone working/studying 9-5 or thereabouts.

Points of info:
- Downstairs bedroom is available from 10 sept for 6 months minimum
- Upstairs bedroom (more pics coming asap - it looks a lot nicer than that now!) is available from end of September (exact date tbc but will likely be some flex) and for 6 months ONLY
- In-person viewings only starting from 6 Aug
- No assigned parking but there are plenty of side streets around the flat that we use without issue
- Bills + council tax are usually around ~£105 a month
- No garden but there’s some lovely parks very close by
- We live on top of a bar / cafe / restaurant so there is a bit of noise Friday & Saturday. The upstairs room is not affected at all, downstairs one does hear the music a bit but tbh it’s not offensive and nice to have a bit of a soundtrack! We have a good relationship with the bar and they’ve always turned it down when asked
- 1 shared bathroom, 1 shared kitchen
- Room to store 1 maaaaybe 2 bikes
- LGBT+ friendly

Rea (28), climbing girlie who enjoys cooking, pub trips & generally being active (playing hockey for a local club). Always got several crafts on the go. May appear wholesome but don’t get the wrong idea 🤪

Grace (25) lover of anything outdoors, especially hiking, running and football. Also love a night out, an event or the pub! Enjoy cooking and would be game to cook together.
