Double bedroom in a 2 bed flat on Burton Road in West Didsbury available from 1st September. Bedroom has a double bed and mattress.. I’m looking for a housemate who will also be included on the tenancy. My housemate is moving out and I need someone to move into the 2nd bedroom from 20/09/24.
The rent is 500pcm and around 650 pcm with bills included. Internet available. I have multiple houseplants with a well furnished living room and kitchen. There’s also off road parking available. The flat is walking distance to all local bars and shops as well as Burton Road tram stop. Ideally would need someone who can stay for 6-12 months or more.
The flat is managed by an agency who will require an application for credit and reference checks to include you on the tenancy agreement. Please msg me for viewings and we can meet up to see if we get along. I’m fairly laid back and open-minded but would prefer someone who is fairly similar and independent. Tidy and respectful is always appreciated.
