Fun and friendly houseshare in West Didsbury

COZY DOUBLE ROOM IN FUN & FRIENDLY HOUSE IN WEST DIDSBURY!

We are a sociable house who do things like walks in the peaks, nights out, playing games, cooking or just hanging out watching films. We pretty much all work Monday-Friday regular hours, so it isn't too loud on on weekday evenings. We are looking to keep the vibe of the house, so if this sounds like what you want from a house then drop us a message :)

The house is in West Didsbury, only 5 mins walk to all the restaurants, bars and Metrolink tram stop on Burton Road. Only 1 min walk to regular buses into Manchester City centre.

The house has a large lounge with a projector which is great for film nights. We also have as a pool table, a ping pong table, a darts board and a garden with a fire pit and BBQ. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a tumble dryer. There is space for one or two cars on the drive and there is also plenty of on street parking (with a free permit).

Council tax band D (£28.97 per month paid to the landlord on top of rent). All bills + house supplies + cleaner comes to approximately £95 per month.

Our landlord does not allow short term lets or pets.
