Double room in West Didsbury

I'm Georgia (25) I’m a physiotherapist and I'm looking for a female to rent the spare room in my flat. The room will be yours and then all other rooms are shared (living room, kitchen, bathroom, utility)

The flat is furnished throughout and all furniture is new! The bedroom comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. There is free on road parking by the flat. It is close to bus and tram links, as well as the motorway.

The room is available from 1st March

Looking a person who is respectful of others, cleans up after themselves, is easy going and not a party animal. I would like someone who is going to treat the place as their home and someone to be a friend and have a laugh with rather than just live with!

During the week I work 8-4. I do work the odd weekend as well.

I enjoy running, the gym and have a horse that I go to in the week and at the weekends. I love going for walks, as long as there’s a good lunch at the end.

Love going out to the pub with my friends but also enjoy chill nights in! Especially during the week consider myself a bit of a grandma 🤣

Am a sucker for some rubbish tv and a glass of wine! Would love someone to watch crime and reality with!

For the purpose of bills, professionals preferred and I would prefer someone who does not work from home (purely due to bills), however person is more important so if you feel we will get along please get in touch!
All bills (electricity, water, wifi, council tax etc) will be split evenly.

My boyfriend is living here and all bills are split 3 ways. He goes to university 3 days a week and works another 3 days so he’s not around too much! He is also subject to watching TV such as Married at First Sight etc… 🤣
