My current flat mate (Amanda) and I have found a property that is perfect but we need someone available to join us in the next 2 days eek!

It’s a gorgeous ground floor maisonette on two levels, which has been newly refurbished and is such good value for money. It’s on for £1600 pm, the available bedroom has an en suite so that room would be priced at £600 per month. I have a video of the place as these pics do not do it justice so do message if you're interested.

I (Chloe) moved up from London 2 years ago and is originally from Bristol. I’ve enjoyed taking walks in the peaks, grabbing a coffee at the local coffee shop and going to Life Drawing classes in the city. I also travel across the country for work and attend dance and arts events.

Amanda has always lived in south Manchester, originally from Sale and moving to Chorlton last year. She enjoys going to the gym, hiking at the weekend, attending music festivals and gigs. Amanda’s friend is moving to Australia and she is therefore looking to take on the 8 year old cat.

If you are available at short notice, we’d love to meet you tomorrow (Sunday) and then we can arrange a second viewing if you feel you need one.

We’re looking for someone that has a relaxed vibe and does their own thing but would also like to chit chat and hang out every so often 😊

We’d need to sign a contract in the next week or so, but we need to confirm our application in the next couple of days.
