Double room to rent on Burton road

Hello, we are a relaxed household of professionals looking for a new housemate. The room is on the middle floor of the house, and includes all bills. The house has a bathroom on each floor (3 in total), a large shared living room and a large shared kitchen. The parking available is street parking. We also have a cleaner who comes weekly to clean communal areas.

We are looking for a young professional. Most of us work a 9-5 job and we are therefore looking for someone who respects this routine and keeps the house clean in communal spaces. As a house, we respect everyone's private lives whilst also finding time to hang out with each other either by watching TV together or go for a drink on Burton Road- we have even been on holiday together.

Rent is £530 per month all bills included and the Security Deposit is £630.
