No deposit double room in a friendly houseshare in a great location! It’s a 3 minute walk to burton road tram station and Tesco. Also close to Didsbury Village, Fallowfield, and Withington.

Professional, social and laid back house where everyone gets along and goes for a drinks/chills/goes camping and for walks together! And everyone respects peoples space and it can be quiet also.

Bills are included except for gas and electric. That usually comes to £30ish a month, and is a bit more expensive in winter. And there’s also a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks which is included in the rent.

It’s a large house with two kitchens, two bathrooms, a garden, parking, and a basement.

I’m moving on the 25th May to move in to town and I have paid rent till the end of the month, so you could stay in the room rent free for the last week of May :)
