Double Room Burton road

Spacious double room in a 2 bedroom flat, right in front of Burton road tram stop (20minuts to city centre)
Hi, my name is Sara, I'd be your housmate. I've been living alone in this flat for the last 4years, only recently had a friend staying over for a few months, but she is now moving to London. I'd be looking for someone to move in Ideally on the 1st of July.
I'm a 33 year old Italian woman, working full time 7am/5pm Monday to Friday. I work with kids in primary school and the rest of the time I work as a waitress in a little Deli Cafe.
On weekends I like to go on a hike with my partner or out for a few drinks, sometimes a boogie in the Gay Village. After work I like to relax with a glass of wine watching netflix or reading a book. During the day I'm in an out the house to get changed n ready in between jobs basically. My Ideal flatmate is someone able to communicate, who would enjoy a little catch up over a glass of wine, reliable on keeping the house clean n tidy. I'd say with bills n coulcil tax we r looking at a buget of no more then £600 a month.
The flat is on the 1st floor of a 2 flat house, neighbours downstairs are a lovely british couple, very quiet, never had any problem with nextdoor neighbours either.
