Hey, my flatmate is moving out so I am looking for another to move in on 1st August. I love living here it’s a super cool area - looking for someone who is clean and respectful, happy to socialise but also likes their own space - hit me up if you are interested and you can come and view!
The room will have a bed in but not much else, kitchen/lounge are furnished apart from flatmate taking chairs and TV
There is residential parking
I was paying flatmate £850 all in, so going forward we’d need to split council tax (£60 each a month) bills and WiFi so would probably end up working out similar. Thanks ☺️
