Double bedroom with own bathroom West Didsbury

Hi - my current flatmate is moving out mid August and I am looking to renew the tenancy for a further 6 months but I will need a new flat mate. The tenancy would only be for 6 months as I will be looking at buying a house then but after that there would be an option for you to stay in the flat with a new flatmate. There’s a large double room with fitted wardrobes in a really beautiful, spacious and modern flat in West Didsbury. I have an ensuite so you’d have full use of the main bathroom which has a shower over bath. The flat has gated parking, it’s a 5 minute walk from Burton Road. I am looking for a professional and ideally someone who works majority of the time at their work location as I am fully remote myself so work in the flat most days 9-5. In the weekday evenings I’ll generally be home or at the gym. I’m very chilled and keep the flat really clean and tidy. Love cooking and baking, Im out with friends occasionally but generally more for dinners than late night drinks. I’d ideally like a flatmate similar to myself, someone respectful, who I can be friends with as well as flatmates. My preference is female but open to male flatmates too.
