Room available in West Didsbury a few minutes walk from Burton Road tram stop. The room is a beautiful attic room in a 7 bed house.
It has an upstairs bathroom shared with one person and there is another kitchen on the top floor shared with just a couple of people.
The house is a mixed house of friendly young professionals - I haven’t been here too long as need to move closer to town for work - but it is a good balance of being chill and also social at times in my experience.
Rent is £625 with some bills included, the rest around an extra £20 each month.
