The flat is the attic floor of a big Victorian house on a quiet cul-de-sac off Burton Road. It's a quirky flat with interesting corners and spaces (though not great for tall people!).

It's a very leafy area and you can see trees out of every window :-) The flat also catches sun throughout the day: morning light in the kitchen, midday sun in your room, and evening sunsets from the lounge.
