Double Room in West Didsbury

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over the second room in our lovely apartment in leafy West Didsbury as my current flatmate has bought a house. The location is brilliant being next door to the Woodstock and 10-15 min walk to Didsbury Village/Burton Road. The river is just behind the apartments which is perfect for walks or bike rides.

The room is unfurnished and is en suite; it looks bigger in real life. There is off road parking and a cute little balcony surrounded by trees and a squirrels!

Bills aren’t included but come to about £150-160 depending on the time of year and how much heating we use.

I’m looking for someone who is social but also enjoys their own space. I’m friendly and would love to find somebody who is also friendly! You have to like cats and house plants 🪴

I work as a paediatric dietitian for the NHS and I love cooking, travelling, and I’m always keen for outdoor adventures!

I’ll be shortlisting over the next couple of weeks and holding viewings between 6-8pm from the 24th July, exact dates TBC.
