Room going in shared apartment

Hey, I’m Frankie, a 30 year old mental health nurse who’s been living in Manchester studying for the past 3 years. I’m looking for someone of a similar age to share the place I call home with. I’m looking for a like minded female who respects my space but is also up for building a friendship.
I work shifts but when I’m not working I like chilling at home with a glass of red wine, cooking, eating out, exploring nearby countryside or going to gigs.
My current housemate is moving abroad so I’m looking for someone new to join me in my lovely little flat from August/September onwards (dates can probably be flexible). The flat has got two identical bedrooms, which have lots of built in storage, a modern and neutral open plan kitchen/living/dinner area and a small outside patio area.
It’s right near the Christie hospital, 10 minute walk to Burton Road, 15 minute walk to Didsbury village and 5 minute drive to the motorway.
Bills are not included in the rent but they are all in my name so we’d arrange to split them. Council tax is band B I believe!
