Spacious double en-suite bedroom in West Didsbury

Hello! Two friendly girlies looking for someone to take over the third room of our house share :)

The house is just off Burton Road in the heart of West Didsbury, with a nice open living space, kitchen, and garden 🌻 just one min from the tram so you're very well connected to the city centre, and lots of places for drinks and food on your doorstep

The room is very spacious, and offers you a good bit of your own privacy as it's at the top of the house with an en-suite bathroom. It's council tax band C, bills aren't included but usually come to around £75 a month (excluding council tax). Move in date will be from August 19th!

A bit about us, I'm currently working as a copywriter while my other housemate will be starting the second year of her master's at the RNCM. We both enjoy concerts / gigs, chilling at home and chatting, and pub nights out. Also big fans of trying out new recipes and just food in general. Looking for a friendly, creative, and considerate housemate, who is also working (sorry no students!).
