One of my housemates is moving out as he just bought his own place. He has been in the house for nearly 3 years!

About the room/house:
The room has 2 large windows making it lovely and bright!✨ The room is large with space for a desk - making it a great space if working from home. The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed.

The house has a large kitchen, living room with tv and large garden perfect for BBQs! The house also comes with a tumble dryer (perfect for the winter) and a coffee machine 😉
If you drive, we have street parking. The tram, bars/restaurants are a 5 minute walk from the house. The house is detached making it a quiet place to live.

Current housemates include 3 female, 3 male professionals aged 25-28.
A bit about me, I’m Hannah 25 from Ireland🇮🇪. Moved to Manchester and into this house a year ago! I’m a food scientist & work from the office 5 days a week. I enjoy going to the gym (spin/pilates/running), getting a coffee or going for drinks/food 🍸
My housemates occupations include a doctor, marketing, software engineer, finance.

We are a sociable friendly house💃🏼 & are looking for someone with a similar vibe. We enjoy going out and doing things on weekends but also enjoy a quiet night during the week and our own space.

We will be starting viewings soon ideally from 4th Aug.
