There’s also parking included and a communal garden for little picnics or to sit out in on the rare occasion we get sunshine ☀️
I’m looking for someone who’s going to be a friend as well as a flatmate ✨ I’m 26, work in marketing and a pretty chill girlie - keep it quite relaxed during the week but love to make the most of the area with trips to pubs/restaurants on Burton road on the weekend or trying out new places around Manchester 🌻 I’m also big on cooking/baking so no shortage of things to snack on!
Bills aren’t included but generally come to £130 so about £760 altogether.
