Hi Everyone! Double furnished room available in West Didsbury available from mid-September. Exact date not confirmed yet. The house is located on Burton Road. It is just a 5 minute walk to Burton Road tram stop, and less than 10 min walk to the pubs, restaurants and shops on Burton Road.

Rent is £750 per month including bills (council tax, electric, gas, water, Wi-Fi).
Deposit is £400.

The room is large, and comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, two chest of drawers and a bedside table. The large bay window brings lots of light into the room. There are two communal bathrooms shared between 4 people.

The house has a large kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and two fridge-freezers. There is a TV in the living room, and there is a large garden perfect for BBQ’s! On-street parking is available outside the house.

Current housemates include 2 females and 4 males, all working professionals aged between 25 and 28. We have all met through Spareroom. We are a friendly and sociable house. We enjoy spending time together during the evenings after work/at the weekends, but equally respect each other’s space. I have really enjoyed my time in this house and just moving out as I am relocating to another city for work.
