Hello! I'm Holly 🙋‍♀️ and I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in my flat in the heart of West Dids!

The 2 bed 2 bath flat is purpose built so very quiet, and is located in Montmano Drive, which is a stonesthrow from buzzing Burton Road taking about 5 mins on foot 🥂 Cavendish Park is a 1 minute walk and Withington tram stop is only a few mins walk also! The flat also comes with parking, and we would be sharing the spacious kitchen living area.

The room is bright and airy, and comes fully furnished with a huge built in wardrobe, ottoman bed for extra storage and bedside table and lamp. You will have full reign on the massive main bathroom which has a shower and gorge bath combo 🛁

The kitchen is a large size and we have built in a breakfast bar for extra cooking surface and a cute little area to eat breakie! The lounge area is also a good size with a juliet balcony that let's in a lovely breeze in the summer.

About me: I am a 32 year old professional that would love a friend as well as a flatmate, I'm extroverted so love to socialise but appreciate my downtime and would be respectful of yours too. I am a part time chocolatier (YES that means choc is always on tap 😉) so during the colder months I do make chocolate in the flat once or twice a month 🍫

I am clean and tidy, and currently working 3 days out the flat and 2 days from home a week, someome of a similar vibe would be great! I'm down to get out and about and have dinner and drinks around Didsbury and town but equally as down to get takeout and binge a good netflix series 😍
