Spacious double bedroom available in a social post-grad house in West Didsbury. The room is a downstairs room and one of the biggest in the house. Close to Burton Road pubs and restaurants, 2 min walk to tram stop. Great social house, we like to go out together, 6 of us are working professionals and 1 of us is a student in 4th year. Would prefer a working professional for council tax reasons, but open to post-grad or final year students. Friendly, clean and modern social areas, has outside area with benches for summer etc. LGBT friendly, 🌿 friendly.
