I’m moving out and looking for someone to have signed the lease to take over my room by 9th September at the latest and can move in as soon as reference checks are approved.
Very sociable house, currently has 6 flatmates 2 girls and 4 boys. We all go out and do things together regularly, things like pub quizzes and nights out etc.
You would need to sign an 8 month minimum tenancy agreement. Rent is £700 a month plus gas and electric which is sorted on an app between the house mates and usually comes to £30-50 a month.
