Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my current flatmates side of the tenancy when he moves away at the end of September.
This room is amazing value for the area. The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished. It is in a flat on a quiet street just 2 minutes walk away from the lively Burton road, full of restaurants and bars and close to amenities such as supermarkets and gyms.
The rest of the flat has a good sized kitchen with a washer/dryer, a separate living/dining room, 1 bathroom, and a large hallway area that can be used for storage or as a workspace.
There is parking to the rear of the property, and there are excellent public transport options in the area:
West Didsbury tram stop - 5 mins walk
Burton Road tram stop - 7 mins walk
Bus stop to city center/Airport - 2 mins walk
It is also close to Didsbury Village and East Didsbury train station is easy to get to.
There is good broadband in the area, and bills with council tax, utilities, and internet, tend to come to £170-£200 on top per person each month.
I work Monday to Friday 9-5 and tend to go into the office most days. I am tidy and quiet to live with, and am easy to get along with.
