A room is available in this spacious house in a brilliant location! Near to a tram stop, and Burton Road!

After 2 years living in this house I'm looking for someone to take over my room for a minimum of 6 months with possibility to extend.

The house share consists of Jess, Jack and Conor.

Jess is 24, is from New Zealand and works in Sports Marketing.
Jack is 29, from Leeds, and works in IT.
Conor is 29, from Ormskirk and is a Medical Writer.

Everyone currently works hybrid, with a mix of 1-5 days in the office per week. The room is ideally suited for someone also working hybrid or in the office..

This 1st floor bedroom was upgraded last year - redecorated, new carpets, new bed frame and mattress. It has double doors out onto a Juliet balcony.

The room comes with a double bed, desk and bedside table (not the ones in the picture) and walk in wardrobe with chest of drawers and loads of storage space!

Please note the white furniture in the photographs does not come with the room, but there is other furniture in storage for this room.

There is a shared family bathroom with a shower (Jess has an en-suite) and a second toilet downstairs. The rest of the house is very spacious, with an openplan kitchen/dining/living room downstairs, and a big living room and roof terrace on the top floor. There is also an enclosed garden and garage.

There is nearby on street parking for those with a car, as well as a visitor spot within the gated area (which gives you up to 24hr parking).

RENT: £567 per month
COUNCIL TAX & WIFI: £65 per month (approx)
GAS & ELECTRICITY: £65 per month (approx average varies summer/winter)
WATER is paid every 6months: £15 per month (approx)

Approx average just over £710 per month
