Double room w/ bathroom in West Dids

Hello!

Looking for someone to move in as my flatmate is sadly moving to London. The flat is in a great location on West Didsbury/ Withington border, a v short walk from Burton Road.

About the flat:
The room is a good size double with use of the main bathroom as I have en-suite room. The bed frame and desk are my current flatmates who would be happy to sell if needed, or can be taken out if you have your own furniture. Wardrobe and chest of drawers come with the room (you will need your own mattress).

The main living area is super light, and there is plenty of space to bring your belongings and make the flat your own! Lots of cupboard space for kitchenware etc.

There is one parking space for the flat
..I’m currently learning to drive so would be a case of sharing if/when I pass. Also bike storage outside!

About me:
I work in office Monday to Friday in social work so my evenings in the week are usually pretty quiet. At the weekend will go out with friends, and always up for a wander and a coffee. I like to keep the flat clean, tidy and make it feel homely and would like this to be shared with flatmate. Would be lovely to get along with whoever moves in and spend time together, but equally appreciate having own space and respectful of others space too.

Bills/ other bits to know :
Deposit is £663
Rent is £600 a month
Bills inc council tax approx £200 (depending on electric use)
Contract starts from 1st Nov (potentially flexible move in date)
Initial contract is for 6 months, rolling after that with 2 month notice period
Landlord will request references, we let the flat through Montrose
Pets would have to be checked with landlord
LGBTQ+ friendly!
