The flat is modern and has everything you need - there’s a large living room with a balcony, a modern kitchen with all the essentials, and a shared bathroom. We also have off-street secure parking if you need it.

All bills will be included for a fixed amount, so no surprises there!

Great location equal distance from Burton Road and Didsbury Village. It's a peaceful area right next to the river, very easy to pop along the river for a walk or run. There’s a bus stop just outside the flat on Palatine Road that goes up into town.

A bit about me: I own the flat and will be living here as well. I’m pretty easygoing and would like to have someone that I can be friends with and enjoy living with, but I do have my own friends and life here so no pressure to be best mates or hang out all the time! I’m a working professional (work from home at the moment) and enjoy being out and about, going to the pub etc., but like to strike a nice balance between going out and staying in.. I’m generally out at least half of the nights during the week doing various things (playing football, running, playing guitar, out to eat/drink), and when I’m home I like to relax. I’m looking for a flatmate who’s tidy and respectful of shared spaces.

Keeping the shared areas clean and tidy is very important to me and would like to share with somebody who is the same.

It's important to me that the place feels like your home too so more than happy for you to add bits throughout the flat to help make the space your own.
