Massive room available in West Didsbury!

Hello! I’m Sushi, and I’ll be moving out at the end of December, so I’m looking for a flatmate to take my place. You’ll be living with Rebecca, she’s 27-year-old and works as a civil servant . She’s super laid-back, easygoing, and great to live with, so I’m hoping to find someone with a similar vibe. Rebecca enjoys rock climbing, yoga, and music.

About the flat:
It’s a fully furnished 2-bedroom flat. You’ll be moving into a spacious room with your own bathroom. The flat is located on Central Road, just 2 minutes from the tram stop and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. Plus, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

Rent and Bills:

Rent: £600/month
Bills: Not included.
Gas and electricity are paid quarterly.
Water is paid every 6 months.
Wi-Fi is around £20/month.
In total, you can expect to pay around £740/month, including rent and bills.
The landlords, Katie and Richard, are very responsive and always available if you need anything.

I’ll be leaving behind a few things like pillows, bed sheets, duvet, mirror, etc. so you’ll have everything you need when you move in!
