We’re looking for a new housemate to take a double room! We're a sociable house and like to spend time together, but also enjoy our own company. We enjoy film nights in the house as well as going out for various activities - pub, karaoke, cinema, you name it! We're also quite into our sports - we enjoy bouldering, squash, yoga and running.
You'll be joining Barney (35,) Ben (26), Kate (26) and Alex (25).
This house is ideal for anyone looking to make friends. No preferences towards gender but hoping for a young professional (9-5). A few housemates work from home a couple days a week.
Having bills included is really handy - this includes gas, electric, water and council tax. The internet and TV licence is sorted between us.
You won't find a better location either - we're just off Burton Road and you can reach the tram within minutes.
