Room available in large victorian house just off burton road, leafy avenue quiet location. 2 minute walk from bars and cafes of Burton Road such as Saison, Haus, Folk and Co-op for shopping.

The available room is large with converted fireplace and garden facing window. It is furnished with grand bed frame and various vintage fixtures and furniture.

There are 7 rooms in the house, 2 showers and a garden. The kitchen doesn't seem to get too busy with schedules and there is plenty of room for cooking. Living room is spacious and social.

Tenants of the house have practices in drumming, music, theatre psychology, computer tech, engineering and reading. We are friendly and chatty enough, socially active in Manchester's art, LGBT activism and music scene.
