I have a large room available in a young professional West Didsbury House share.

The location is fantastic, just off Burton road and is just a 3 minute walk to Burton road tram stop- perfect for commuting.

There are two kitchens and two bathrooms in this property so you would only be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with three other people.

The room is so spacious and is on the first floor. It comes with a bed, a desk, a bedside table, a chest of draws, a large built in wardrobe, a shoe rack and hooks.

The housemates are all young professionals so ideally looking for someone in full time work. They are super social and friendly and often go on pub nights etc.

BILLS- All fixed bills are included apart from gas and electric. There is a monthly cleaner that cleans communal areas.

The lease is until September but it's very easy to get out of as you just need to find a replacement.
