Family home with spare room, own living room

We have a beautiful home where I live with my children and looking to rent out our spare bedroom which comes with it's own living room.
We have two bathrooms, a separate toilet, 2 living rooms, a movie room and a large office, all of which can be used.
There is a fully fitted open plan kitchen, utility area, garden and parking space if required.
We are minutes away from Burton Road and a short walk to the Christie Hospital and Tram stops.
I'm looking for a female, working professional person.
We have several dogs and cats so best avoid us if you're allergic!
We're all vegan/ vegetarian and as such prefer not to have lots of meat cooking in our kitchen although this can be discussed if crucial.
I work from home but there is plenty of space and rooms to accommodate another person working here, not a problem.
