There is a fully fitted open plan kitchen, utility area, garden and plenty of off road parking if required. Also plenty of space for a bike and lots of storage.

We are minutes away from Burton Road and a short walk to the Christie Hospital and Tram stops.

I'm looking for a female, working professional person

We have a dog and cats so best avoid us if you're allergic!

We are a vegan/ vegetarian household

I work from home so I'm looking for a professional who is working Monday to Friday.

Happy to reduce if you're not around at the weekends.
