We have a lovely home in West Didsbury where I live with my children and looking to rent out our spare bedroom which comes with a shared bathroom and also office space if required

We have two bathrooms, a separate toilet, 2 living rooms, and a large office.
There is a fully fitted open plan kitchen, utility area, garden and parking space if required. Plenty of space for a bike and lots of storage.

We are minutes away from Burton Road and a short walk to the Christie Hospital and Tram stops.

I'm looking for a female, working professional person preferably Monday to Friday but the amount advertised is £750 for 7 days although a reduction for Monday to Friday can be negotiated.

We have several dogs and cats so best avoid us if you're allergic!
We are a vegan/ vegetarian household

I work from home but there is plenty of space and rooms to accommodate another person working here, so so this won’t be a problem.
