Double room in large 2 bed house - West Didsbury

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my housemate's tenancy in West Didsbury.

It’s in Didsbury Gate which is a lovely gated community right by Burton Road. The area is full of bars and restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away.

The double room is in a large two bed house with one shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room, separate kitchen diner and a private outdoor garden. It was originally unfurnished but all the communal areas are filled with my furniture so nothing is missing. My housemate is selling his new bedroom furniture for £300.
It is probably the nicest house I’ve ever lived in!

The current tenancy runs until the end of August. The rent is £777.50 each plus bills which we split equally. The room is available now so the move in date can be whenever you're ready.

I'm friendly and easy-going and just want to find someone similar to live with! My housemate and I have kept the house clean and tidy and get along really well, so I'd like to keep this going with someone new. I’m 31 and a primary school teacher so work full time out of the house. I'd like to socialise and hang out together from time to time as well as enjoying our own space! I love going to things like pub quizzes, playing tennis, theatre and yoga.
