Interest Check on replacement Tenancy!

Hii i may be relocating to a different area for work (HOWEVER NOT 100% CERTAIN )and therefore am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in an all girls 6 bed house in west didsbury. Bills aren’t included but come to about £175 a week so the rent is approx £750 a month. There is a post office 6 mins down the road as well as a corner shop a tesco and the burton road tram stop at the end of the street. There is a bus stop at the other end of the street also which goes directly into town and past all the unis, 143 and the 43 which runs all night so you can get back from town after a night out;) The tenancy ends 30th June and The girls i live with are all lovely all are students and all have the sickest style and hobbies, so i’d love to have a chat and see if you’d be a good fit!!:) ‼️This is just an interest Check please lmk if interested!!
