Your deposit will be held with the DPS (It's a 6-month short hold contract provided by the NRLA).
You'll be renting a shared flat, and NOT just a room. So you'll have access to the kitchen and living room. This also means that if one of us were to move out, the person remaining would be liable for the entire rent until a new tenant moves in, to share the costs.
