Double Room Available from March in West Didsbury

One of our flatmates is moving out end of March and we’re needing another person to join onto the new tenancy with us. Tenancy start date will be on the 30th March.

It’s a lovely 3 bed flat just off burton road in west didsbury, so it’s in an excellent location. Very suitable for people commuting to the city for work, as burton road tram stop is a 5 minute walk. Great area to move to if you’re not familiar as there’s tonnes of bars, pubs and restaurants!

The fllat has 1 bathroom shared between 3 of us. A shared kitchen/living space. We’ve got a two car drive, but we also share it with 3 other flats so it’s a first come basis. But there’s always plenty of free on the street parking! Rent advertised will be £550 pcm, not including bills. We’re pretty efficient with bills so we usually get gas, electric, water and WiFi down to £70 each a month. We’re luckily on the cheapest council tax bracket (band A), so that’s another £50 a months. Averaging to about £670 pcm!

Me and my housemate Pete are hoping to stay in the flat. We’re super chill, really easy going and pretty sociable people so we’d be ideally looking for someone the same! :) enjoy a drink, watching whatever rubbish is on Netflix and occasionally the odd game of poker! We’re also quite independent so we like to do our own things too.
