Double room available in friendly Didsbury share

Big double room available from March in a relaxed and friendly Didsbury houseshare. The house has a kitchen/living-room, washroom with washer and dryer, two bathrooms, garden, and a shared driveway. The rent includes all bills, (broadband, heating, electricity, water, council tax). We're very close to Burton Road, with plenty of bars and restaurants, with Didsbury Village and Withington about a fifteen minute walk away. Very close to both West Didsbury and Burton Road met stations if you commute into town, and it's an easy bus from here to Stockport.

You'll be sharing with three others, two women and a man aged 26-30. Kayleigh and Liv are from the deepest darkest North West, works in housing and marketing and enjoy live music; Josh is from down south and works in football. We'll loiter in the main room at the weekend and share a few drinks at the weekend, sometimes take on one of the local pub quizzes.

Would welcome a social and tidy professional in their mid-20s to early-30s. We'll look to do viewings on weeknights by and large so let us know when you'd be available to come over in your message.
