There's a private garden at the rear of the house and the house is fully alarmed and has security lights at the front and back. There's also a dryer for your clothes.

I'm only moving out to live closer to my work in town, otherwise I'd love to stay in the area! The current housemates are all working professionals, all friendly and enjoy a chat after work while cooking but know how to respect one anothers privacy and space. So looking for a like-minded person. The house is massive so while there's a few people in it, you also don't notice too much.
